The Tender Winds of Spring

Jo was brimming with happiness as she drove towards her childhood home, amid the lush green of a banana plantation, to meet her sister. But within a few hours tragedy had struck, and Jo was faced with the loss of her sister and moral responsibility for three orphaned children. The obvious person to turn to for help was her fiancé Gavin, and certainly he responded kindly enough - at first. But somehow Jo found that her real support was coming from another quarter - the plantation manager Abel Passant, a man she hardly knew. Wasn't there potential danger in such a situation?
