Türkmennebit (alternatively spelled Turkmennebit), also known by the translation of the name as Turkmenoil (in English) or Turkmenneft (in Russian; ), is the national oil company of Turkmenistan. It was established by a presidential decree reorganising parts of the former Ministry of Oil and Gas in July 1996, and has its headquarters in Ashgabat.
