Kalyanji–Anandji were an Indian composer duo, consisting of Kalyanji Virji Shah (30 June 1928 – 24 August 2000) and his brother Anandji Virji Shah (born 2 March 1933). In a career spanning over 40 years, they composed music for about 250 films, working with many well-known filmmakers and singers.

Jatin–Lalit is an Indian music director duo consisting of brothers Jatin Pandit and Lalit Pandit. They are widely known for their contributions to Hindi cinema during the 1990s and early 2000s. The duo is known for their melodious compositions and has been associated with several hit films. Salim–Javed were an Indian screenwriting duo, composed of Salim Khan and Javed Akhtar, who worked primarily in Hindi cinema. They were among the first Indian screenwriters to achieve star status, and are regarded as among "Hindi cinema's greatest screenwriters". They worked together on 24 films between 1971 and 1987, of which 20 were commercially and critically successful.

Raamlaxman was an Indian musical duo consisting of Vijay Patil (16 September 1942 – 22 May 2021) who performed under the name Laxman, and Surendra who passed in 1976. However, Patil continued to work under the original name. Laxman, was an Indian composer, pianist, musician and accordionist. Raamlaxman is most famous for his work with Rajshri Productions of Hindi films. In a career spanning four decades, Raamlaxman worked in 150 films in Hindi, Marathi and Bhojpuri, and worked with noted film director of his time, notably Manmohan Desai, Mahesh Bhatt, GP Sippy, Anil Ganguly and Sooraj Barjatya
