Slough () is a town in Berkshire, England, in the Thames Valley, west of central London and north-east of Reading, at the intersection of the M4, M40 and M25 motorways. It is part of the historic county of Buckinghamshire. In 2021, the population of the town was 143,184. The wider Borough of Slough had a population of 158,500.

Maidenhead is a market town in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead in the county of Berkshire, England. It lies on the southwestern bank of the River Thames, which at this point forms the border with Buckinghamshire. In the 2021 Census, the Maidenhead built-up area had a population of 67,375. The town is west of Charing Cross, London and east-northeast of Reading.

Tidmarsh is a village and civil parish in the West Berkshire district, in the ceremonial county of Berkshire, England. Its development is mainly residential and agricultural, and is centred on the A340 road between Pangbourne and Theale. The rural area is bounded by the M4 motorway to the south. It is centred south of Pangbourne, west of Reading and west of London. Tidmarsh shares a grouped parish council with the neighbouring parish of Sulham. In 2021 the parish had a population of 414.

It lies about west of the village of Arborfield Cross and the two villages have become collectively known as Arborfield, with no signs marking their boundary.

It adjoins the southern outskirts of the town of Newbury. Sandleford Priory was anciently a monastery, dissolved in 1478. The former monastery was largely rebuilt in the 18th century as a country house also called Sandleford Priory, incorporating the remains of some of the old monastery buildings. A civil parish called Sandford existed until 1934, when it was absorbed into the parish of Greenham.
