Talnakh () is a district (raion) of Norilsk, located about north of the Central District at the foot of the Putorana Mountains in Taymyr Peninsula, Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia. Formerly a town, it was merged into Norilsk as a satellite city in 2005. Population:

Mangazeya () was a Northwest Siberian trans-Ural trade colony and later city in the 17th century. Founded in 1600 by Cossacks from Tobolsk, it was situated on the Taz River, between the lower courses of the Ob and Yenisei Rivers flowing into the Arctic Ocean. The name derives from a Nenets ethnonym Monkansi or Mongandi.

Kayerkan
Kayerkan (), located in the northern part of Krasnoyarsk Krai, Russia and in the southern part of the Taymyr Peninsula, is a town under jurisdiction of Norilsk in 1982–2005. In 2005, the town was incorporated into Norilsk, even though it is located 20 km away from its center. Population: 27,116 (2002 Census); 27,881 (1989 Census).
