Pantelleria
Pantelleria (; ), known in ancient times as Cossyra or Cossura, is an Italian island and comune in the Strait of Sicily in the Mediterranean Sea, southwest of Sicily and east of the Tunisian coast. On clear days Tunisia is visible from the island. Administratively Pantelleria's comune belongs to the Sicilian province of Trapani.

Zembra ( '''') is a Tunisian island. The island is a rock formation, and as such contains many 400 metre-high cliffs. It has an area of . Located from El Haouaria and from the port of La Goulette, it is a natural extension of the peninsula of Cap Bon. Zembra is a natural fortress that housed a resort until 1976 and then passed into the hands of the Tunisian army. On the southern coast there are remains of an ancient harbour.

Strofades (; also called Strofadia, , or Stromphides, ) is a group of two small Greek islands in the Ionian Islands. They lie about south-southeast of the island of Zakynthos. The larger island, Stamfani (), has an old fortress/monastery built in 1241. The smaller island is known as Arpia (). Both are sparsely vegetated and rocky.
