Yeonpyeong
Yeonpyeong Island or Yeonpyeongdo ( ) is a group of South Korean islands in the Yellow Sea, located about west of Incheon and south of the coast of Hwanghae Province, North Korea. The main island of the group is Daeyeonpyeongdo ("Big Yeonpyeong Island"), also referred to simply as Yeonpyeong Island, with an area of and a population of around 1,300.

Heuksando
Heuksando () is an island in the Yellow Sea located off 97.2 km from the southwest coast of Mokpo, Jeollanam-do, South Korea. It covers an area of 19.7 km2 and consists of several peaks: Munamsan (문암산/ 400m), Gitdaebong (깃대봉/ 378m), Seonyubong (선유봉/ 300m), Sangnasan (상라산/ 227m). It is within the administrative boundaries of Sinan County, Jeollanam-do, South Korea since 1969. The island's 19.7 km2 are home to about 3,133 people.
Silmi-do
Silmido (), or Silmi Island, is an uninhabited island in Incheon, South Korea. The island is in the Yellow Sea and is closest to Muuido, which is connected to the mainland by ferry. It is about southwest of Yongyu Island, where Incheon International Airport is located. Most of Silmido island consists of hills that are around high.

Hongdo
Hongdo is an island in the Yellow Sea located 115 km from the southwest coast of Mokpo port, Jeollanam-do, South Korea. It covers an area of 6.47 km² and consists of steep mountain range, the highest peaks of which are Gitdaebong (깃대봉 378 m) and Yangsanbong (양산봉 231 m). It is within the administrative boundary of Sinan County, Jeollanam-do, South Korea. The island's 6.47 km² are home to about 710 people. The protected area is 5.87 km².
Gageodo
Gageodo (), also known as Soheuksando due to its location near Heuksan-do, is the southwestern-most island of South Korea in the Yellow Sea. It is within the administrative boundaries of Sinan County, Jeollanam-do, South Korea, and is connected by the Namhae Star ferry to the city of Mokpo. The island's are home to about 470 people.

Muuido (), also known as Muui Island, is an island in Incheon, South Korea. It is a small island located south of Yongyu Island, which was joined with Yeongjong Island through land reclamation when Incheon International Airport was built.

Socheongdo () or Socheong Island is a small island in Ongjin County, Incheon, South Korea. It is part of Daecheong , centred on the larger Daecheongdo to its north; both islands are near the Northern Limit Line between North and South Korea. It is situated in the Yellow Sea, lying 200 km northwest of Incheon, 40 km southwest of the mainland of South Hwanghae, North Korea, and 200 km northeast of Shandong Peninsula, China.

Hauido
Hauido () is an island off the South Korean coast in the Yellow Sea, part of Sinan County in South Jeolla Province. Its name means 'a lotus floating on water' and although it is an island by name, it actually comprises 56 separate islands, only nine of which are inhabited. Approximately 57 kilometers to shore, it has an area of 14.46 km² and is home to more than 1,900 people. It was the birthplace of former South Korean president Kim Dae-jung.

Bigeumdo () is an island in Bigeum-myeon, Sinan County, South Jeolla Province, South Korea. In July 2022, it had a population of 3,484 people in 1,935 households.
