Samothrace
thumb|Samothrace (from NNE) Samothrace (, ) is a Greek island in the northern Aegean Sea. It is a municipality within the Evros regional unit of Thrace. The island is long, in size and has a population of 2,596 (2021 census). Its main industries are fishing and tourism. Resources on the island include granite and basalt. Samothrace is one of the most rugged Greek islands, with Mt Saos and its highest peak, Fengari, rising to . The Winged Victory of Samothrace statue, which is now displayed at the Louvre in Paris, was found on the island.
Komotini
Komotini (, , ) is a city in the region of East Macedonia and Thrace, northeastern Greece and its capital. It is also the capital of the Rhodope. It was the administrative centre of the Rhodope-Evros super-prefecture until its abolition in 2010, by the Kallikratis Plan. The city is home to the Democritus University of Thrace, founded in 1973. Komotini is home to a sizeable Muslim minority, which was exempted from the population exchange between Greece and Turkey. According to the 2021 census, the municipality of Komotini had a population of 65,243 citizens.

Soufli
Soufli () is a town in the Evros regional unit, Greece, notable for the silk industry that flourished there in the 19th century. The town stands on the eastern slope of the twin hill of Prophet Elias, one of the easternmost spurs on the Rhodope Mountains. It is situated in the center of the Evros regional unit, 65 km north of Alexandroupoli and 50 km southwest of Orestiada, on Greek National Road 51/E85 which links Alexandroupoli with Edirne and the Bulgarian border at Ormenio. The town center is only 500m from the Evros River. Soufli is the seat of the municipality of Soufli.

Prosotsani
Prosotsani (, until 1925: - Prosotsani, from 1925 until 1940: - Pyrsopolis) is a municipality and town within the municipality located in the western part of the Drama regional unit in Greece. The 2021 census reported a population of 7,499 inhabitants for the municipal unit, and 3,169 for the town. A local attraction is the cave at the source of the Angitis River, located at the village of Angitis in the community of Kokkinogeia.

Didymoteicho Municipality
Didymoteicho ( ) is a town located on the eastern edge of the Evros regional unit of Eastern Macedonia and Thrace, in northeastern Greece. It is the seat of the municipality of the same name. The town (pop. 8,681 in 2021) sits on a plain and located south east of Svilengrad, south of Edirne, Turkey and Orestiada, west of Uzunköprü, Turkey, about 20 km north of Soufli and about 90 km north of Alexandroupoli. The municipality of Didymóteicho has a land area of 565.4 km2 and a population of 16,060 inhabitants.
