Paranesti Municipality
Paranesti () is a municipality in the Rhodope Mountains of northeastern Drama regional unit, Greece. It consists of two municipal units: Paranesti and Nikoforos. The largest villages of the municipal unit Paranesti are Paranésti (the municipal seat, pop. 625), Mesochório (105), Káto Thólos (123), Χágnanto (43), and Prasináda (32).

Kalampaki
Kalampaki (, formerly Καλαμπάκιον) is a village and a former municipality in the Drama regional unit, East Macedonia and Thrace, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Doxato, of which it is the seat and a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 81.064 km2. It is 12 km to the south of Drama. The Kalambaki municipal unit consists of the villages of Kalampaki, Ftelia, Agia Paraskevi, Kalamonas and Nerofraktis. Most of the population is employed in the agricultural sector, with tobacco, corn and cotton being the main products.
Prosotsani
Prosotsani (, until 1925: - Prosotsani, from 1925 until 1940: - Pyrsopolis) is a municipality and town within the municipality located in the western part of the Drama regional unit in Greece. The 2021 census reported a population of 7,499 inhabitants for the municipal unit, and 3,169 for the town. A local attraction is the cave at the source of the Angitis River, located at the village of Angitis in the community of Kokkinogeia.
Doxato Municipality
Doxato (, ) is a town and municipality in the Drama regional unit, in East Macedonia and Thrace, Greece. The seat of the municipality is the town Kalampaki.
Sitagroi
Sitagroi () is a village and a former municipality in the Drama regional unit, East Macedonia and Thrace, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform, it is part of the municipality Prosotsani, of which it is a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 62.890 km2. Population 3,240 (2021). The seat of the municipality was in Fotolivos.
Nikiforos
Nikiforos (, ) is a village and a former municipality in the Drama regional unit, of East Macedonia and Thrace, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform, it has been a municipal unit of the municipality of Paranesti. The municipal unit has an area of 240.998 km2. The 2021 census reported a population of 1,849 inhabitants in the municipal unit and 240 in the community.
Mikropoli
Mikropoli () is a village in the Drama regional unit. It belongs to the Prosotsani municipality and according to the 2021 census it has a population of 618 residents.
Choristi
Choristi (, before 1927: Τσατάλτζα – Tsataltza, – Chataldzha) is a town in Drama municipality, Drama regional unit, East Macedonia and Thrace region, Greece. The town is located about 8 km southeast of Drama and has a population of 2,512 (2021 census). The elevation is approximately 98 m.

Sidironero (, before 1927: Οσενίτσα - Osenitsa, , ) is a village and a former community in the Drama regional unit, East Macedonia and Thrace, Greece. It has traditionally had a Bulgarian Muslim, or Pomak citizenry, like the rest of the Chech geographic region. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Drama, of which it is a municipal unit. It lies in the Rhodope Mountains region along the Bulgarian border in the northern part of the Drama regional unit between Kato Nevrokopi and Paranesti. Its land area is .
