Amorgos
Amorgos (, ; ) is the easternmost island of the Cyclades island group and the nearest island to the neighboring Dodecanese island group in Greece. Along with 16 neighbouring islets, the largest of which (by land area) is Nikouria Island, it comprises the municipality of Amorgos, which has a land area of and at the 2021 census had a population of 1,961.

Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Naxos and Lesser Cyclades, of which it is a municipal unit. Donousa is the easternmost island of the Lesser Cyclades.

Schoinoussa or Schinoussa ( ; anciently Σχινοῦσσα) is an island and a former community in the Cyclades, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Naxos and Lesser Cyclades, of which it is a municipal unit. It lies south of the island of Naxos, in the Lesser Cyclades group, between the island communities of Irakleia and Koufonisia. The population was 229 inhabitants at the 2021 census. The Koufonisia () are a small island complex and a former community in the Cyclades, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform, it has been part of the Municipality of Naxos and Lesser Cyclades, within which it functions as a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 26.025 km2.

Koronos
Koronos (Greek:(η) Κόρωνος) is one of the mountain villages on the Greek island of Naxos in the Cyclades group of islands. Situated in the northeast part of the island, Koronos lies on the northeast slopes of the Koronion Oros, the second tallest mountain on the island and has the second highest altitude of the villages at 630 meters above sea level. Along with Apeiranthos (T'aperathou) and Keramoti, Koronos belongs to the Smiridohoria or the emery-producing villages of Naxos.
Glynado
Glynado (, also: Γλινάδο Glinado) is a community on the island of Naxos, in the Cyclades, Greece. Its population is 743 (2021 census) but increases in the summer months. Glynado's inhabitants mainly subside of farming in the fertile plain below the village, known as Leivadia, but have also ventured into hospitality services given its picturesque location sprawled out on a hilltop from the Island's capital Chora. Moutsouna (in Greek: Μουτσούνα) is a small seaside village on the eastern coast of the island of Naxos, Greece. It has a relatively open bay and limited port facilities. It is located approximately 39 km from the capital of the island, and 11 km from the village of Apiranthos. Moutsouna has its own football team (Moutsouna fc).
