Sousse
Sousse, Sūsah, or Soussa (, ), is a city in Tunisia, capital of the Sousse Governorate. Located south of the capital Tunis, the city has 271,428 inhabitants (2014). Sousse is in the central-east of the country, on the Gulf of Hammamet, which is a part of the Mediterranean Sea. Its economy is based on transport equipment, processed food, olive oil, textiles, and tourism. It is home to the Université de Sousse.

Enfidha (or Dar-el-Bey, '''') is a town in north-eastern Tunisia with a population of approximately 10,000. It is visited by tourists on their way to Takrouna. It lies on the railway between Tunis and Sousse, approximately 45 km northeast of Sousse and a few kilometres inland from the Gulf of Hammamet. The nearby Enfidha – Hammamet International Airport opened in 2009, serving charter flights from several European countries.

Hergla
Hergla () is a small cliff-top town in north-eastern Tunisia at the Gulf of Hammamet. White houses of Hergla with often blue window and door surroundings are built in the classic style characteristic for Tunisia. Sousse is about 24 km south-east of Hergla. There is a lagoon between Hergla and its neighbour town Chott Meryem in the south-east called Halk el menzel (sickle lake).

Ezzouhour (Arabic: الزهور; meaning: The Flowers) is a town and commune in the Sousse Governorate, Tunisia. As of 2014 it had a population of 17,348. Ezzouhour was originally a spontaneous locality that formed as migrants from the countryside of other areas of Sousse and the neighbouring governorate of Kairouan settled there. It was then connected to public services and integrated in the urban area of Sousse.

Messaadine or Messaâdine is a town and commune in the Sousse Governorate, Tunisia, located four kilometres northeast of M'saken and seven kilometres southwest of Sousse, along Route RN1, a highway connecting Sousse and M'saken. Administratively part of M'saken, it had a population of 12,916 inhabitants in 2014. Administratively, it's an imada, part of the M'saken delegation.
