Manokwari
Manokwari is a coastal town and the capital of the Indonesian province of West Papua. It is one of only seven provincial capitals of Indonesia without a city status. It is also the administrative seat of Manokwari Regency. Fakfak
Fakfak () is an administrative district (distrik) in West Papua Province of Indonesia. It includes two urban villages (kelurahan) of North Fakfak (Fakfak Utara) and South Fakfak (Fakfak Selatan); together they form the town of Fakfak, which is the seat of the Fakfak Regency. The district covers an area of 233 km2, and had a population of 12,566 at the 2010 Census, which rose to 18,900 at the 2020 Census; the official estimate as at mid 2024 was 17,718. It is served by Fakfak Airport. It is the only town in West Papua with a significant Muslim Indian and Arab Indonesian presence.
Kaimana
Kaimana is a district and a small port town in West Papua, Indonesia, and the capital of the Kaimana Regency. The district had a population of 44,332 in mid-2022, while the town had 16,718 and Krooy (the other kelurahan in the district) had 12,416 inhabitants.
Bintuni
Bintuni (Dutch: Steenkool) is a small town and administrative district in West Papua, Indonesia and seat of the Teluk Bintuni Regency. The town comprises two villages (West Bintuni and East Bintuni) with a combined population of 13,795 at the 2010 Census and 22,757 inhabitants as at mid 2022. The town is located near the southeast coast of the Bird's Head Peninsula on Bintuni Bay. It is served by Steenkool Airport. The district had 18,663 inhabitants in 2010, which increased to 34,192 by mid 2023.
Ransiki
Ransiki () is a small town and also an administrative district (distrik) of 178.61 km2 which includes that town, in the Indonesian province of West Papua. The town is the administrative seat of the South Manokwari Regency. In 2010, there were 7,683 people in Ransiki District, which rose to 16,245 at the 2020 census and was officially estimated at 18,303 in mid 2024.
