Sylvia Anne Reiner is an American author, psychoanalyst, playwright, poet, and singer.

Carl Reiner was an American actor, author, comedian, director, and screenwriter whose career spanned seven decades. His awards and honors include 12 Primetime Emmy Awards, a Grammy Award, and the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor. He was inducted into the Television Hall of Fame in 1999.

Robert Reiner was an American filmmaker, actor, and political activist. He directed a series of acclaimed studio films in a career that spanned comedy, drama, romance, and documentary. Reiner received numerous accolades, including winning two Primetime Emmy Awards and a Hugo Award, as well as nominations for an Academy Award, a BAFTA Award, and nine Golden Globe Awards. He was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1999 and received the Chaplin Gala Tribute at the Film at Lincoln Center in 2014. Three of his films have been inducted into the National Film Registry.

Estelle Reiner was an American actress and singer, described by The New York Times as "matriarch of one of the leading families in American comedy". She was the wife of Carl Reiner and the mother of Rob Reiner, Lucas Reiner, and Annie Reiner.

Tracy Reiner is an American former actress. She is known for her roles in When Harry Met Sally..., Masque of the Red Death, A League of Their Own, and Apollo 13.

Michele Singer Reiner was an American photographer, political activist, and film producer. Reiner was the second wife of filmmaker and actor Rob Reiner. She was originally a photographer, taking the cover picture of The Art of the Deal (1987). While working on When Harry Met Sally... (1989), Reiner met her future husband and inspired him to revise the film's ending.

Lucas Joseph Reiner is an American painter, printmaker, photographer and filmmaker. He is most known for painting series that mix elements of representation, narrative, symbolism and abstraction. The work explores subjects such as the collision between organic growth and urban life, the atmospheric effects of fireworks and spiritual themes. His work belongs to the collections of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, Santa Barbara Museum of Art and Staatliche Graphische Sammlung München, among others, and a monograph of his paintings, drawings and photographs, Los Angeles Trees (2008), was selected as one of the Los Angeles Times "Favorite Books of 2008." That paper's critic David Pagel wrote that his "paintings of trees trimmed to within inches of their lives have the pathos of circus freaks and the stubbornness of survivalists." Reiner has exhibited in the U.S., Germany, Italy and Mexico, at institutions including Los Angeles Municipal Art Gallery and Museo de la Estampa. He is based in Los Angeles and Berlin, and married to Maud Winchester.
