The Kofarnihon (, ) is one of the major tributaries of the Amu Darya (together with Vakhsh and Panj) in Tajikistan. The river is long and has a basin area of . It rises on the southern slopes of Gissar Range in Vahdat district, formerly Kofarnihon district, and flows in the general south-western direction past the cities of Vahdat and Dushanbe, where it turns south and runs through Khatlon Province toward the border with Afghanistan. Isfayramsay
The Isfayramsay (, ) is a river in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. Its source is in the Alay Range, where it is fed by many glaciers. Due to use for irrigation, it does not reach the Syr Darya anymore, but ends at the Great Fergana Canal north of Fergana. The river is long, and the watershed covers . The main settlements along the river Isfayramsay are the city Quvasoy in Uzbekistan, and the villages Üch-Korgon and Maydan in Kyrgyzstan. Its largest tributaries are the Kichik-Alay, Sürmötash, Shibe and Tegermach. Its annual average flow rate is at Üch-Korgon.

The Ak-Buura () is a river in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. It flows through the city Osh, and discharges into the Shahrixonsoy, one of the canals of the Fergana Valley. The river is formed at the north slopes of Alai Mountains. The river is long, and the watershed covers . The long-term average discharge of the river at Tölöykön gauging post (southern boundary of Osh) is , high-water discharge (June–July) ranging from to and low-water discharge (January) from to . Aravan River
The Aravansay (, ) is a river in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. Its source is in the Kichi-Alay range, part of the Alay Range, and it discharges into the Shahrixonsoy, one of the canals of the Fergana Valley. The river is long, and the watershed covers . In its upper course, it is called the Gezart, and in its middle course the Chilisay. Its largest tributaries are the Kyrgyzata, Koschan, Agart and Akdöbö. The main settlements along the river Aravansay are the villages Jangy-Nookat and Aravan. Near the village Kara-Koktu it passes through the Dangi Canyon.

Karatag
The Karatag or Qaratogh, Qaratoghdaryo () is a river of northwestern Tajikistan and eastern Uzbekistan. It flows through Shirkent National Park and flows down the south slopes of the Hisar mountain range. At its confluence with the Toʻpolondaryo, the Surxondaryo is formed. The river is long. Large seismic landslides occur in the river basin and it also contains several glacial lakes. Upstream from the confluence with the Payron, the Karatag is called Diakhandara. Another tributary is the Zambar. The Diakhandara Glacier, which fed the upper course of the Karatag, has fully melted.
Shohimardonsoy
The Shohimardonsoy (), also known as the Shaimerden (, ), is a river in Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan. It is formed at the confluence of the rivers Aksuu and Köksuu, that run from the Alay Range, near the village Shohimardon. Its lower course, between Vodil and the city Fergana, is known as Margʻilonsoy. It discharges into the Great Fergana Canal near Margilan. The river is long, and the watershed covers . The main settlements along the river Shohimardonsoy are the cities Margilan, Fergana and Kadamjay, and the town Vodil. Its annual average flow rate is .
