Hypsugo
The genus Hypsugo contains many bats referred to as pipistrelles or pipistrelle bats (not to be confused with the genus Pipistrellus). They belong to the family Vespertilionidae or vesper bats. They are primarily found throughout Asia, the Middle East, Mediterranean Europe, and North Africa (including the Canary Islands), with a single (debated) species in Sub-Saharan Africa.
Dermanyssidae
Dermanyssidae is a family of mites in the order Mesostigmata.
Limnephilidae
Limnephilidae is a family of caddisflies with about 100 genera and almost 900 described species. They belong to the main lineage of case-constructing caddisflies, the Integripalpia or tube-case caddisflies. The Limnephilidae is one of the most species-rich Trichoptera families of northern temperate regions, but only a few are known from tropical areas and the Southern Hemisphere. For this reason they are often known as northern caddisflies.

They are winged or wingless ectoparasites of bats, and often have long legs. They appear to be host-specific, with different species of bat flies occurring only on particular species of bat hosts, sometimes with multiple species of flies sharing a host bat.
