Antimilos
Antimilos (; ) is a Greek island in the Cyclades group, northwest of Milos. Administratively, it is part of the municipality of Milos. Antimilos is an uninhabited mass of trachyte (671 m height), often called Erimomilos (Desert Milos). It is a volcanic island and the crater is still obvious. Ancient inhabitants transformed the crater to an open rain tank. On the island lives a rare variation of the common goat called Capra aegagrus pictus. It is similar but not the same as the Cretan goat known as "kri-kri" (Capra aegagrus creticus).

Makronisos
Makronisos (, lit. Long Island), or Makronisi, is an island in the Aegean Sea, in Greece, notorious as the site of a political prison from the 1920s to the 1970s. It is located close to the coast of Attica, facing the port of Lavrio. The island has an elongated shape, north to south and east to west at its widest point, and its terrain is arid and rocky. It is the largest uninhabited Greek island.

Keros
Keros (; anciently, Keria or Kereia ()) is an uninhabited and unpopulated Greek island in the Cyclades about southeast of Naxos. Administratively it is part of the community of Koufonisia. It has an area of and its highest point is . It was an important site to the Cycladic civilization that flourished around 2500 BC. It is now forbidden to land on Keros.
Gyaros
Gyaros ( ), also locally known as Gioura (), is an arid, unpopulated, and uninhabited Greek island in the northern Cyclades near the islands of Andros and Tinos, with an area of . It is a part of the municipality of Ano Syros, which lies primarily on the island of Syros. This and other small islands of the Aegean Sea served as places of exile for important people in the early Roman Empire. The extremity of its desolation was proverbial among Roman authors, such as Tacitus and Juvenal. Despotiko
Despotikó (), anciently, Prepesinthus or Prepesinthos (), is a small, uninhabited Greek island in the Cyclades. It is situated west of the island of Antiparos, and east of the smaller island of Strongyli (not to be confused with Strongyli Megistis).

Imia
Imia () is a pair of small uninhabited islets in the Aegean Sea, situated between the Greek island chain of the Dodecanese and the southwestern mainland coast of Turkey. They are known in Turkey as Kardak.

Psyttaleia
Psyttaleia () is an uninhabited island in the Saronic Gulf between the harbor of Piraeus and the Kynosoura peninsula on Salamis Island, Greece. It covers an area of 0.375 square kilometers. The island houses Athens' largest sewage treatment plant, which is also the largest in Europe, with a projected daily maximum drying capacity of 750 tons of sewage. Administratively it is part of the Municipality of Piraeus.
Strofades
Strofades (; also called Strofadia, , or Stromphides, ) is a group of two small Greek islands in the Ionian Islands. They lie about south-southeast of the island of Zakynthos. The larger island, Stamfani (), has an old fortress/monastery built in 1241. The smaller island is known as Arpia (). Both are sparsely vegetated and rocky.

Oxeia

Oxeia () is a Greek island in the Ionian Sea. , it had no resident population. It is the chief island in the southern group (the Ouniades) of the Echinades, part of the Ionian Islands. Oxeia possesses the highest point in the Echinades, . It is situated near the mouth of the river Acheloos, off the coast of Aetolia-Acarnania. The island is around in length and its width is approximately . The Battle of Lepanto took place near the island in 1571.
Gioura
Gioura ( ), sometimes romanized as Youra, is a Greek island and abandoned settlement in the eastern part of the Northern Sporades archipelago. It is administratively part of the municipality of Alonnisos. The island's name comes from the ancient Greek Gerontia (). The 1991 census counted one inhabitant, making it the smallest municipal district in Greece in terms of population. , it had no resident population. Gioura is in Zone A of the Alonnisos Marine Park.

Falkonera () or Gerakoulia (Γερακούλια), anciently known as Hierakia (Ἱεράκια), is a small uninhabited Greek island in the southwestern Aegean Sea, between the island of Milos and the Peloponnese region. Although outside the Saronic Gulf, it is generally included among the Saronic Islands. The islet marks the summit of a horst tending WNW-ESE, which separates the Myrtoon basin to the north from the Cretan basin to the south.

Aspronisi
Aspronisi (Greek: Ασπρονήσι) is an uninhabited island lying within the Santorini caldera. The island was originally formed by the massive Minoan eruption in the 2nd millennium BC, after which it was gradually built up by successive volcanic activity. The name Aspronisi, which means 'White Island' in Greek, is derived from the island being partially composed of white pumice.

Nimos
Nimos is an uninhabited Greek island in the municipality of Symi, in the Dodecanese island group of the southern Aegean Sea. Located off the northern coast of Symi, from which it is separated by a small shallow strait called Diapori, it has an area of . It is the Ymos island of the ancient Greeks.
Kardiotissa
Kardiotissa (), anciently, Lagusa or Lagousa () or Lagussa or Lagoussa (Λαγοῦσσα), is a Greek island in the Cyclades. It is uninhabited and administratively a part of the island community of Sikinos. It lies midway between that island and the island of Folegandros.
Ananes
Ananes () (sometimes called the Ananes Rocks) is a group of 7 small uninhabited islets in Greece's Aegean Sea, on the outskirts of the Cyclades island group. They are arranged in a crescent-like shape from southwest to due north, and comprise the south-westernmost islands of the Cyclades. The nearest islands are Milos and Antimilos to the northeast and Falkonera to the northwest.

Madouri () is a small uninhabited island in the Ionian Sea, near Lefkada, Greece. It is part of the municipal unit Ellomenos. Madouri lies 700 m from the east coast of the island Lefkada, opposite the town Nydri. The island is heavily forested. It is about in diameter.

Revythousa () is a small, uninhabited island in the Saronic Gulf, with an area of 0.18 square kilometers. It is located 500 meters south of the coast of Agia Triada, in the bay of and 900 meters west of Salamis. Revitousa administratively belongs to Salamis since 2001.

Daskalio or Dhaskalio () is a tiny, uninhabited Greek islet in the Cyclades just off the west coast of the larger island Keros, approximately 150 metres in diameter. Formerly, it was a promontory of Keros, but is now a tiny islet because of sea level rise.

Argyronissos
Argyronisos (Greek: Αργυρόνησος - "silver island") is a privately owned island in the Aegean Sea. The island lies between Kanatadika on Euboea and the mainland near Achilleio, Magnesia. Administratively, it is part of the municipality Almyros. The most prominent landmark on the island is the lighthouse built in 1899.
Zourafa
Zourafa or Ladoxera () is an uninhabited Greek islet rock in the Aegean Sea, east of Samothrace, and north of Imbros. It lies at the northeastern tip of the Thracian Sporades, and is administratively part of the regional unit of Evros. Its total area is only and the total length of the coastline (in previous measurements ). It has been part of the protected areas of the pan-European program NATURA since 2011.

Kalogeroi () are three small uninhabited Greek islets in the Aegean Sea. They have been known both as Kalogeroi of Andros and Kalogeroi of Chios. The islets are situated 24 nautical miles southwest from Antipsara. Administratively they belong to Psara.

Tsimintiri

Tsimintiri, also known as Koimitiri, is a small, uninhabited islet in the Cyclades islands of the southern Aegean. Tsimintiri is located between the islands of Antiparos and Despotiko. The strait that separates all three islands is no more than deep, so it is believed that the islands were connected as a single landmass in Classical times.
Kavalliani
Kavalliani is a small island in the South Euboean Gulf. It is located opposite of ancient Rhamnous in Attica. The island is still uninhabited although a building cooperative of Emporiki Bank is developed in the island. The island has an area about 2 km2. Administratively, the island belongs to Styra municipality.
Stouronisi
Stouronisi () or Styronisi (Στυρονήσι, "island of Styra") is a small island in the South Euboean Gulf opposite Styra. It is the largest island of a small island complex comprising 7 islets and rocks. The island has an area about 2 km2. Stouronisi has recently become known because of some plans of the Greek government for a development of a high-class summer resort in the island.
