Aspalathus linearis
thumb|Flowers thumb|Plant Rooibos ( ; , ), or , is a broom-like member of the plant family Fabaceae that grows in South Africa's Fynbos biome. The leaves are used to make a caffeine-free herbal infusion that has been popular in Southern Africa for generations. Since the 2000s, rooibos has gained popularity internationally, with an earthy flavour and aroma that is similar to those of yerba mate or tobacco.
Graaff-Reinet
Graaff-Reinet (; Xhosa: eRhafu; Khoe: !Xamdubu), officially Robert Sobukwe Town after a name change in February 2026, is a town in the Eastern Cape Province of South Africa. It is the oldest town in the province and the sixth oldest town in South Africa, after Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Simon's Town, Paarl and Swellendam. The town was the centre of a short-lived republic in the late 18th century before being annexed into the Cape Colony. The town was a starting point for Great Trek groups led by Gerrit Maritz and Piet Retief and furnished large numbers of the Voortrekkers in 1835–1842.

Steytlerville
Steytlerville is a settlement on the R329 route in Sarah Baartman District Municipality in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. The town is situated on the right bank of the Groot River, where the river emerges from a valley in the Grootrivierberge at Noorspoort. It is 164 km north-west of Port Elizabeth and 90 km east of Willowmore. It was founded in 1876 on the farm Noorspoort and attained municipal status in 1891. It is named after Reverend Abraham Isaac Steytler (1840–1922), a minister of the Dutch Reformed Church and Moderator of the Cape synod from 1909 to 1915.

Patensie
Patensie is a town in Sarah Baartman District Municipality in the Eastern Cape province of South Africa. Patensie lies along the R331 road just south of Noorshoek. The Kouga Dam is located several kilometres to the west. The name is Khoi in origin, and means "fatty" alluding to the significant wealth of Indigenous Khoikhoi people the Dutch robbed. The town is a centre for the citrus, tobacco, and vegetable farms in the area.
