Pankisi () or the Pankisi Gorge (, Pankisis Kheoba) is a valley region in Georgia, in the upper reaches of River Alazani. It lies just south of Georgia's historic region of Tusheti between Mt Borbalo and the ruined 17th-century fortress of Bakhtrioni.

Machakheli
Machakheli (, Mač’axeli; ) is a historical geographical area in Adjara and long valley along the river Machakhlistskali between Turkey and Georgia. There are 23 settled villages in this valley. For its ecology, flora and fauna, as well as cultural importance, both the Turkish and Georgian segments of the valley are protected by the respective governments.
Lopota
The Lopota () is a river in the far north-eastern part of the Kakheti region in Georgia. It flows through the village Lapanquri, and discharges into the Alazani near Telavi. Its upper reach borders with the Russian North Caucasian Republic of Dagestan and was scene of a Georgian anti-insurgency operation in August 2012.

Arkhoti Valley, Arkhvati Gorge (Georgian: არხოტის ხეობა) is a valley in Georgia, in the Dusheti municipality of the Mtskheta-Mtianeti region, inside the historical region of Khevsureti. It is one of the most isolated regions of Georgia.
