Al-Bayuk (, also spelled al-Buyuk) is a Palestinian village in the eastern Rafah Governorate located in the southern Gaza Strip. According to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS), it had a population of 5,648 in 2006. The village has become the de facto capital of the Palestinian anti-Hamas armed group the Popular Forces backed by Israel.

Al-Zahra () is a Palestinian municipality in the Gaza Governorate, south of Gaza and north of the Wadi Gaza, in the central Gaza Strip. The University of Palestine and Ummah Open University are located there. In 2017, it had a population of 5,338. There were 837 housing units and 237 other buildings in the town.

Al-Musaddar () is a Palestinian village in the central Gaza Strip, part of the Deir al-Balah Governorate east of Deir al-Balah, south of the Maghazi refugee camp and west of the border with Israel. In the 1997 census its population was 1,277. Al-Musaddar had a population of 2,587 in 2017 according to the Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics (PCBS). The area is the site of a local fish farm and a sports center funded by USAID, which was targeted by the Israeli Air Force in 2014.

Al-Atatra () is a northwestern neighborhood in the city of Beit Lahiya in the northern Gaza Strip. Its residents, the majority of whom are farmers or landowners are not Palestinian refugees, unlike most of the population in the Gaza Strip, including Beit Lahiya. A major cash crop in al-Atatra are strawberries which were mainly exported to Israel and the West Bank before Israel's siege of the Gaza Strip following the territory's control by Hamas, a Palestinian paramilitary and political organization.
