Linesøya is an island in Åfjord Municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. It lies about off the coast of the mainland of Åfjord, and southwest of the island of Stokkøya. The island also lies about north of the smaller island of Lauvøya. The highest point on Linesøya is the tall mountain Linesfjellet.

The Åfjorden is a fjord in Åfjord Municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. The Åfjorden flows into the Lauvøyfjorden between the village of Lysøysundet and the island of Lauvøya, and then it flows out into the ocean. The municipal center of Åfjord, Årnes, lies at the head of the fjord.

Stordalsvatnet is a lake in Åfjord Municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. The lake is located on the Stordalselva river which flows into the Åfjorden. The lake lies between the villages of By (on the east end) and Årnes (on the west end).

Stokkøya is an island in Åfjord Municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. The island is located in the northern part of the municipality. The largest village on the island is Harsvika. The tall mountain Kamman is the highest point on the island.

Selavatnet is a lake on the border of Åfjord Municipality and Steinkjer Municipality in Trøndelag county, Norway. The majority of the lake lies in Steinkjer Municipality, with the northwestern end of the lake partially lying in Åfjord Municipality. The village of Sela (and Sela Church) lies on the northern side of the lake and the village of Sandsetra at the southeastern end of the lake. The lake is one of the sources for the Folla river system which flows into the Trondheimsfjord at the village of Follafoss.
