Vallentuna
Vallentuna is the seat of Vallentuna Municipality in Stockholm County, Sweden, with 33,219 inhabitants in 2018. Vallentuna's cultural landscape is well preserved, and human habitation in the area has been traced back as far as the Stone Age. Archeological excavations in southern Vallentuna, near Lilla Gävsjö, uncovered remains of a Stone Age settlement.
Norrström
Norrström is one of the shortest rivers in Europe in central Stockholm. It connects Lake Mälaren with the Baltic Sea. It runs from Riddarfjärden, north of Gamla stan, to Stockholms ström (the western part of Saltsjön). Two islands lie within it, Strömsborg and Helgeandsholmen. It is one of two natural waterways between Mälaren and the Baltic sea, the other being Söderström south of Gamla stan. Norrström is crossed by Centralbron and the adjacent pedestrian bridge, Vasabron, Riksbron north of Helgeandsholmen which continues into Riksgatan and Stallbron south of the island, Norrbro crossing Helg
Riddarfjärden
Riddarfjärden (, "The Knight Firth") is the easternmost bay of Lake Mälaren in central Stockholm. Stockholm was founded in 1252 on an island in the stream where Lake Mälaren (from the west) drains into the Baltic Sea (to the east); today the island is called Stadsholmen and constitutes Stockholm's Old Town.
Djurgårdsbrunnsviken

Djurgårdsbrunnsviken is a bay in central Stockholm, Sweden, together with the canal Djurgårdsbrunnskanalen forming the northern shore line of the island Djurgården (or more correctly between Northern and Southern Djurgården). The bridge Djurgårdsbron stretches over the bay.
Arholma
Arholma is an island in the northeastern part of the Stockholm archipelago in Norrtälje Municipality. It is long by wide. It is the northernmost island in the archipelago before the Sea of Åland. The island is characterised by a picturesque combination of traditional wooden buildings, farmland, forests and rocky shorelines.

Brunnsviken
Brunnsviken (literally The Bay of Wells) is a by brackish lake in Sweden located on the boundary between Solna Municipality and Stockholm Municipality, connecting to Lilla Värtan through Ålkistan. It has a perimeter of . Around Brunnsviken there are a wide range of interesting buildings and facilities. Brunnsviken stretches all the way from Vasastaden, Stockholm in the south to Bergshamra, Solna in the north, with Hagaparken along the western shoreline. Magelungen () is one of the biggest lakes in Stockholm, Sweden, located between the municipalities of Stockholm and Huddinge. It is considered as of great recreational value and is popular for bathing, yachting, and fishing in summers, and tour skating in winters. The lake borders two nature reserves: Fagersjöskogen/Farstanäset and Rågsved Open-Air Area.

Edsviken ranges from Stocksund and Bergshamra, Solna in the south to Edsberg in the north. The inlet is about long with an area of approximately ; its maximum depth is around . Edsviken joins the Stocksundet at Bergshamra and eventually flows into the Lilla Värtan .

Brunkebergsåsen

Geologically, it is a part of the much larger Stockholmsåsen. It formed a considerable obstacle to traffic, effectively dividing Norrmalm into a western and an eastern part. Consequently, most of it has been dug away over the centuries to make room for the development of that district. Hammarbyleden

Flaten is a lake in southern Stockholm, Sweden, located just north of Lake Drevviken. The name is also used for the surrounding area and the nature reserve created there in 2007.

Bällstaån or Spångaån (Swedish: "Stream of Bällsta/Spånga") is a small stream in northern Stockholm. Flowing through the municipalities of Järfälla, Stockholm, Sundbyberg, and Solna, it empties in the bay Bällstaviken, the innermost part of Ulvsundasjön.
Judarn
Judarn is a small lake in Bromma, a western suburb of Stockholm, Sweden. Surrounded by forest and the Judarskogen nature reserve, it stretches between Åkeshov and Södra Ängby. Three other lakes are found nearby: Kyrksjön, Lillsjön, and Råcksta Träsk. The name is etymologically associated to ljuda, the verb "to sound".
