Sobralia
Sobralia is a genus of orchids native to Mexico, Central and South America. The plants are more commonly terrestrial, but are also found growing epiphytically, in wet forests from sea level to about 8,800 ft. The genus was named for Dr. Francisco Sobral, a Spanish botanist. The genus is abbreviated Sob in trade journals.

Bletia
Bletia is a genus of about 30 species of orchids (family Orchidaceae), almost all of which are terrestrial; some are occasionally lithophytic or epiphytic. It is named after Spanish botanist and pharmacist Don Luis Blet. The genus is widespread across Florida, Mexico, Central America, the West Indies, and South America as far south as Argentina.

Elleanthus
Elleanthus is a genus of flowering plants from the orchid family, Orchidaceae. They are commonly known as tiger orchid. All the species are native to the warmer parts of the Western Hemisphere (Mexico, Central America, South America, West Indies).

Pseudorchis
Pseudorchis is a monotypic genus of flowering plants from the orchid family, Orchidaceae. The sole species is the small white orchid (Pseudorchis albida). It is found across much of Europe and northern Asia from Spain and Iceland to Kamchatka, including France, Great Britain, Germany, Poland, Scandinavia, Ukraine and much of Russia. It also occurs in Greenland and eastern Canada (Quebec, Newfoundland & Labrador). (Codes)

Stelis
Stelis, or leach orchids, are a large genus of orchids, with 1339 accepted species. The generic name Stelis is the Greek word for 'mistletoe', referring to the epiphytic habit of these species. These mainly epiphytic (rarely lithophytic) plants are widely distributed throughout much of South America, Central America, Mexico, the West Indies and Florida.
Stelis is abbreviated Ste. in the horticultural trade.

Hammarbya
Hammarbya paludosa (or Malaxis paludosa) is a small orchid commonly known as bog orchid, '''bog adder's-mouth or bog adder's-mouth orchid'''. It grows in bogs in temperate and subarctic regions of the Northern Hemisphere.

Campylocentrum
Campylocentrum is a genus of rare orchids (family Orchidaceae) native to Mexico, the West Indies, Central America and South America. One species (C. pachyrrhizum) extends its range into Florida.

Dryadella
Dryadella is a genus of miniature orchids, formerly included in the genus Masdevallia. Plants are typically composed of a tuft of leaves from 3 to 6 cm long. The small (1–2 cm) flowers are often conspicuously spotted, and are borne at the base of the leaves. There are about 60 species, distributed from southern Mexico to southern Brazil and northern Argentina. In cultivation many of the species seem to respond well to being grown on cork or treefern rather than in pots. The attractive species Dryadella edwallii, commonly known as 'Partridge in the Grass' can be easily grown into a sp

Zootrophion
Zootrophion (abbreviated Zo.) is a genus of 23 known species of orchid, native to Central America, South America and the West Indies. The stems have inflated, flattened sheaths. The flowers bear sepals that fuse at their tips to form box-like structures that resemble animal's heads, hence the generic name, which means "menagerie".

Restrepiella
Restrepiella is a genus of orchid native to Mexico, Colombia, Florida and Central America.

Microchilus
Microchilus is a neotropical genus of about 261 species belonging to the orchid family (Orchidaceae). The native range of this genus is tropical & subtropical America.

Trichosalpinx
Trichosalpinx, commonly known as the bonnet orchid, is a genus of neotropical orchids containing 38 species. The genus is widespread across most of Latin America from northern Mexico to Bolivia, as well as the West Indies.

Isotria
Isotria (fiveleaf orchid) is a genus of flowering plants from the orchid family, Orchidaceae.
==Description==
Isotria species are small perennial herbs with thin, hairy underground rhizomes. The erect, hollow shoots typically bear five leaves in a whorl, coated slightly bluish, widest above the middle, and pointed at the ends. The terminal inflorescence usually holds one, occasionally two flowers. Flowers are resupinate, with white, greenish, or reddish-brown bracts. The hermaphrodite, zygomorphic, tripartite flowers have three unfused, lanceolate sepals and smaller petals that point forward,

Hexalectris
Hexalectris (crested coralroot) is a genus of the family Orchidaceae, comprising 10 known species of fully myco-heterotrophic orchids. These species are found in North America, with the center of diversity in northern Mexico. None of the species are particularly common. Hexalectris spicata has a wide distribution and is likely the most abundant member of the genus, but is nevertheless infrequent throughout its range. Other species are rare, and some, such as H. colemanii, are threatened or endangered. All species that have been studied form associations with ectomycorrhizal fungi that are like
