Adamov ( Czech pronunciation: [ˈadamof]; German: Adamsthal) is a town in Blansko District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 4,600 inhabitants. The town is located in the valley of the Svitava River, in the Drahany Highlands.
Adamov is historically known as an industrial town. The former industrial area of Stará Huť is protected as a monument reservation.
