Adrian Le Roy - Born: 1520 - Died: 1598 Historically speaking Le Roy was one of the most influential people in the development and propagation of the French musical style in the sixteenth century. He and his cousin Robert Ballard established a printing and publishing company which king Henri II gave privelege to and which was attributed with the title of the royal music pinter. The company had little competition and was heralded by Henri II, Charles IX, Henri III and Henri IV. <a href="https:/
