晏蜓科（学名：Aeshnidae）是差翅亞目下的一個科。 有學者認為該科實際上應該分為Aeshnidae和Telephlebiidae。 其學名本身實際上是排版錯誤而產生的，原來的詞應該是希臘語Aechma（矛）。 “Aeschnidae”也曾作為其學名流行過一段時間，但最後還是採用了現名，不過其下的屬例如Rhionaeschna（英语：Rhionaeschna）依舊保留了“sch”的拼寫。
