Italian comune

AI overview

I don't have sufficient context to write an accurate overview. "Italian comune" indicates Alba is a municipality in Italy, but I would need additional information about what makes it notable or why it might matter to a general reader to fulfill your request properly. I cannot invent facts beyond this basic definition.
