Alexander McCarrell Patch, né le 23 novembre 1889 à Fort Huachuca, le 21 novembre 1945 à San Antonio, est un général de l'US Army lors de la Seconde Guerre mondiale. Il est principalement connu pour sa participation à la bataille de Guadalcanal dans le Pacifique puis au débarquement de Provence et aux campagnes qui suivirent jusqu'à la capitulation allemande.
