Andrew Daly (born April 15, 1971) is an American actor, writer, and comedian who is known for his character Dick Pepperfield in the 2008 film Semi-Pro starring Will Ferrell, and for his multiple appearances on Lewis Black's Root of All Evil. Daly was part of the cast of MADtv from 2000 until 2002.
