Antonio Alamanni (Florence , April 5 1464 - Florence , March 2 1528) was an Italian poet. He was hostile to the Medici and held various public offices under the Republic: he was a member of the elected Dodici Buonomini in 1508, vicar of Valdicecina in 1509, in San Giovanni Valdarno in 1518 and warden of Firenzuola in 1525.
