Shri Arjun Munda is a popular tribal leader from The Bharatiya Janata Party, former Member of Parliament (MP) from the Khunti Constituency in Jharkhand, and former Union Cabinet Minister of Tribal Affairs and also Union Cabinet Minister of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare. As a former Union Cabinet Minister, with his subject matter expertise in tribal affairs and his able leadership, he significantly advanced the objectives of the Tribal Affairs Ministry, delivering unprecedented benefits to the tribal population. He also previously held charge as Minister of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare. As the former MP of Khunti, Jharkhand, he has contributed immensely through several schemes, especially those related to health and job creation. He was a regular visitor and always had developmental activities lined up for the well-being and prosperity of his constituency. As a former Chief Minister of Jharkhand, he was instrumental in implementing some of the famous welfare schemes and programs that were later emulated by other Indian states.
