Asami Abe (安倍 麻美 Abe Asami, born February 27, 1985 in Muroran, Hokkaido) is a Japanese former singer and actress. She is the younger sister of idol and actress Natsumi Abe. Following in her sister's footsteps, Abe hit the music scene in 2003 and achieved some success. Her debut single was "Riyuu" which was released in June of that year.
