Augusta is a city in St. Charles County, Missouri, United States. The population was 270 at the 2020 census, up from 253 at the 2010 census. The city has wineries, antique shops, restaurants, B&B's, a wood shop, a glass studio, massage therapy, a historic museum, and The Augusta Brewery.

Augusta is located in the region known as the Missouri Rhineland. As a result, it is home to two wineries, Augusta Winery and Mount Pleasant Winery. The Augusta viticultural area was recognized by the federal government in 1980 as the first established American Viticultural Area (AVA) in the United States, two months prior to Napa Valley's recognition.
