Un trois-mâts barque (en anglais : three-masted barque) est un navire à voiles de trois mâts verticaux, dont le mât de misaine (à l'avant) et le grand mât (au centre) sont gréés en voiles carrées. Sur le mât d'artimon (à l'arrière), une brigantine à corne et un flèche sont gréés.
