Bill Farmer (born November, 1952) is an American voice actor and comedian. Ever since he was a kid, he was enamored with cartoons. He grew up in Pratt, Kansas, and Saturday mornings were always fun for him because cartoons would air. He learned he had a knack for doing voices and of all the characters he liked, he liked none of them better than Goofy.
