Der Black Devon, auch South Devon, der Oberlauf als Nettly Burn, ist ein Fluss in den schottischen Council Areas Fife und Clackmannanshire. Er entspringt in rund 300 m Höhe in den etwa einen Kilometer nördlich des Knockhill Racing Circuit.
