Bob Gaudio (born 17 November 1942) is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer born in the Bronx, New York. He's best known for his role in the popular pop group Frankie Valli & the Four Seasons as well as for being behind the critically acclaimed musical 'Jersey Boys'. He shot to musical fame at the mere age of 15 as a member of The Royal Teens, co-writing the novelty hit "Short Shorts".
