Brainbox is een Nederlandse rockgroep, oorspronkelijk afkomstig uit Amsterdam. Gitarist Jan Akkerman en drummer Pierre van der Linden, beiden later lid van de band Focus, maakten deel uit van de oorspronkelijke bezetting, naast zanger Kaz Lux en basgitarist .
