Die Bahnstrecke Ceva–Ormea ist eine italienische Nebenbahn in der Provinz Cuneo, Region Piemont. Sie verbindet entlang des Tanarotals die Gemeinde Ormea mit der Stadt Ceva. Die Strecke wird von der staatlichen Eisenbahngesellschaft RFI betrieben. Sie ist eingleisig und nicht elektrifiziert. Sie Strecke führt in vielen Kurven durch das Tal des Tanaro. Sie enthält zahlreiche Viadukte, der längste mit 40 Bögen steht kurz vor Bahnhof von Ormea.
