Chad Gilbert (born March 9, 1981) is the band's lead guitarist. He was a singer for the popular and influential underground hardcore band Shai Hulud before joining A New Found Glory. He is also a former member and songwriter of the hardcore punk band Hazen Street. He also performed a solo on Fall Out Boy's Infinity On High. He also performed guest vocals for the band Throwdown on the album Haymaker for the song The Only Thing. Gilbert grew up in Coral Springs <a href="https://www.last.fm/music/
