Chakwal (Punjabi and ) is a city in Chakwal District in the Punjab province of Pakistan.
It is the 48th most populous city of Pakistan. Chakwal is located south-west of the federal capital, Islamabad and from the provincial capital, Lahore. It is accessible by both the Islamabad International Airport and the Lahore International Airport.
