Cítoliby (until 1923 Citoliby; ) is a market town in Louny District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 1,100 inhabitants.
==Etymology== The name is derived from the old Czech words cěta (i.e. 'small coin') and ľubiti ('to like'). The lokator of the village was probably someone who liked money.
