Codrington war der Hauptort der Insel Barbuda, die zum Inselstaat Antigua und Barbuda gehört. Codrington wurde im Jahre 1685 gegründet. Zur Volkszählung 2001 hatte Codrington 1325 Einwohner, das waren 93,5 Prozent der 1417 Einwohner der Insel. 2017 wurde die Bevölkerung nach einem Sturm vollständig und dauerhaft evakuiert.
