Les rangers ou bottes de combat sont des chaussures montantes, qui soutiennent les chevilles grâce à un système de guêtron fermé par une ou deux boucles à ardillon. Elles sont utilisées principalement par les militaires. Dans l'armée française, l'appellation administrative est « Brodequin de Marche à Jambières Attenantes » (BMJA). En argot français, ces bottes sont aussi appelées « rangeots » (prononcé 'randjo')
