Conrad Black aka Todd Shillington is an extremely talented young producer who is representing the Canadian scene as he hails from Vancouver. Like a large percentage of today's drum and bass producers Todd was heavenly into the hip-hop scene but as times changed and other styles of music began to develop he moved with the times and this led him to drum n bass.
