He is a member of the rock band The Revivalists. 2) Born in 1973, David was brought up on Leo Sayer and ABBA (he blames that on his parents), but soon he progressed to music of his own choice Depeche Mode, Malcolm McLaren & Kraftwerk, In his teens he went through a mad skate metal period of Pantera, Sepultura & Suicidal Tendencies (that is a band if you didn't know).
