Dingras ist eine Stadtgemeinde in der philippinischen Provinz Ilocos Norte. Im Jahre 2015 zählte sie 38.562 Einwohner. Durch die Gemeinde fließen zahlreiche Flüsse, von denen der Laoag größte ist.
