Drastic Measures was a New Wave/Art Rock band from Toronto, Canada. They recieved local airplay on CFNY for their cover of 'Teddy Bears Picnic'. Their self-titled album was recorded and mixed in 21 days, from August 15 to November 18, at Phase One Studios, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. It was produced by Keith Elshaw. It was engineered by Mark Wright, who was assisted by Geoff Stobbs, Mick Walsh and Robin Brouwers. All songs were written by Tony Malone, except 'Teddy Bears' and 'Big Town Boy'.
