==History== In 2003, the villages of Eqbaliyeh (اقبالیه), Farhadgerd (فرهادگرد), Naman (نعمان), Qaleh-ye Now-e Farhadgerd (قلعه نوفرهادگرد), and Sharifabad (شریف آباد) were merged to form the new city of Farhadgerd.
