Fredy Studer was born in Lucerne (Switzerland) (* 16. June 1948 in Lucerne; † 22. August 2022), where he still resides. He is a selftaught drummer and percussionist. Since the early seventies he has performed as a freelancer with musicians ranging from "A", such as Abercrombie, to "Z", such as Zorn.
