Garfield can refer to a German eurodance project of Metronome records, featuring a solo vocalist from London called Rachel Wallace. Rachel had already scored some solo hits with "I Feel This Way" in 1991 and later "Tell Me Why" in 1994, which went #1 in the british dance charts in 1994.
